I cannot feel the differing topography that my previous topper had, nor can I complain about the mattress below simply because I cannot feel it. This is a solid mattress topper that was worth the extra money.

Either way it has unquestionably improved my comfort on top of a decent spring mattress. Absolutely a quality product. Has a great weight to it, fantastic cover, and best of all: no smell upon opening. I've noticed other brands can have bad offgassing but not so with the tempurpedic

After I open it and fixed it all up on the bed it was much better. When I first sat on it, it seemed hard but then all of a sudden, I could feel myself melting into it. It is very comfortable. Not as comfortable and my thick pillow top mattress but for a spare room to keep my guests comfy, it works.

So I bought Tempurpedic's topper for it and Voila! Completely restful and comfortable sleep. It was so awesome that I immediately bought a second one for our guest bed at home (we ourselves sleep on a premium Tempurpedic Queen bed). Guest raved! We highly recommend this topper.
