I'd definitely recommend this if you want to add a touch of comfort for your bed, but if you have a mattress you don't like, definitely consider replacing it instead.

I liked my mattress before, but the memory foam topper feels as luxurious and soft as you would expect from Tempurpedic. I've purchased different brands in the past that just didn't match the true memory foam that this topper has. It doesn't sleep hot to me, which I was worried about. It did have a chemical foam smell the first few days, but it dissipated quickly. Our only problem is that it's increased the height of the mattress, making it a bit of a stretch for our sheets, so you may need deep sheets if you already have a tall mattress.
