First off it arrived balled up in cellophane wrap. Looked like it was returned...no way they would have shipped this in a ball. Second...the cooling sensation only works if you don't use a fitted sheet. Third...I no longer own it...it did not work for me in more ways than one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was struggling severely with back issues and I had a feeling that it was my mattress but I wasn't sure. I have an off brand memory foam mattress that I got years ago and I have always felt uncomfortable sleeping in it. My girlfriend likes the bed so she didn't want to buy a whole new one. This mattress topper seemed like the perfect solution and it was! It is way softer than my mattress and I sink into it very snug. The topper is very comfortable and well worth the money.

Very disappointed in my purchase as my husband and I kept rolling towards the middle of the bed! We were not allowed to return it so a complete waste of money now sitting in my attic!
