We bought this because my wife was experiencing back pain and nothing we had tried so far worked including other types of mattresses. Not wanting to buy another mattress a year after the last I was looking for something that allowed us to not throw away the last big investment. I had not enjoyed a prior experience with a tempurpedic mattress and was hesitant to give this a try. We decided to go the mattress topper route in order to dip our toe into the experience. So glad we did because it has turned me into a believer. My wife has stopped aching when she wakes up and has stopped flipping from side to side to get comfortable in the middle of the night (which would occasionally kick me out of deep sleep). I will say that I enjoyed it more in the beginning when it was a little more firm but even the more broken in version is comfortable. That will just better inform the decision on the next mattress we buy (which is now highly likely to be a tempurpedic). Kudos, guys. P.S. delivery was way faster than anticipated.

This topper is exactly the firmness i needed. I absolutely love it. I suffer from Lupus and have extreme pain in my muscles which makes it very hard to get out of bed some days but this topper has been a Godsend. My mother gave it to me as a gift and i will say the best gift i have ever gotten!!

I read a lot of the reviews before I purchased and I can honestly say I agree with the majority of them. You will either love this or hate this mattress topper. It's a good mattress topper but it's not going to solve all your problems. It is very soft, comfy and does support but if you don't like sinking in, being hot you won't like this. It's very hot and it's very soft almost to soft. I noticed it is not a good mattress topper for people who suffer from neck pain as it's very soft. Some days I love it others I hate it. I would reccomend it if you could return but since you can't you may be better off trying other brands you can return before committing to this one. If you can see it in the store you will know right away if it's for you! Overall is a good product but it's not great. If you have the extra cash not a bad topper if you don't try others first. Overall I guess I am happy. Still undecided
