We have a lake cottage that we visit occasionally. The mattress was uncomfortable but fairly new and we didn't want to replace it. The topper we bought is so comfortable, we sleep better, and we no longer wake up stiff and sore. So glad we made the purchase!

Comfortable but Runs Hot

The matters topper is very comfortable, however, it runs extremely hot. If you are someone who sleeps warm this is not the topper for you. I sleep cold and in fact it was making me sweat at night. I had to change all my bedding to help cool the topper down. I switched over to natural bamboo for sheets and mattress protector which has helped. I sometimes get hot but for the most part I'm comfortable. I was going to return it for the cooling topper but sale rep told me I would have to pay a fee for them to come pick it back up and they did not have the cooling topper in stock. I gave it three stars due to the fact I can't easily exchange the product and I would need to pay for them to pick it up. Plus pay for the difference in the cooling topper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reduced Sciatic Pain

I have had sciatica for several months and bought the topper to decrease the nightly threshing about to get comfortable. I have had much less difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep.

For the record, the customer service is absolutely amazing! The delivery, given the circumstances of covid was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately I got an unsightly mattress topper with what I can only hope was soda stains, but they did their best to try to make it up. I just wish I knew the trouble I was facing before I agreed to keep it. Didn't help that they were out of stock to replace the product. We washed the cover and put a mattress protector on it because I've been wanting to try this since they came out. So far it's been knock me out sleep amazing! Definitely don't regret ordering it, just wish it wasn't a pain to clean and cover back up. But again, the customer service definitely deserves 5+ stars! Extremely friendly, I really hope it stays that way if I have any further issues.
