unbelievably unconfortable

the first 3 night, my wife and I woke up 10 times and every night thereafter, for two weeks, woke between 5 to seven times each night. this topper was both uncomfortable and at times to hot. if we could have returned it we would have without hesitation, this was a total waste of money.

I received the wrong size of topper and try to get the replacement with the correct size. it takes super long to get it right..

Disappointing

Paid a premium over other products thinking that it would be higher quality and, therefore, more supportive. Having sampled other memory foam mattress toppers, I have a hard time identifying any material difference in comfort, support, or ability to dissipate heat.

TEMPUR-Topper Supreme CA King Too Soft for Comfort

I purchased the Topper Supreme directly from TEMPURPEDIC because of the ultra-dense quality, reputation, and warranty. However, it's too soft and compresses too much making 3" feel like nothing. The first thing came to my mind is the 90-Night Tryout Ads, but of course it does not cover topper. I wish that was made clear in the Topper section rather than in the fine print!

25yr warranty is false advertisement.

If you purchase this product from your local retailer tempur pedic will not honor the warranty. After letting this product lay flat for 48 hours the top and bottom edges were still flat and they told me it was not a warranty issue and I need to take the product back to the store, however if I had purchased directly from tempurpedic they would have sent me a replacement. I have filed a claim with better business bureau. You spend $$$ on this product and they will not even add it to the drop down so you can register this product like you can register their mattresses. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

This is nice Tempur material, indeed -- but be aware -- it is not a 3" topper. It's a 2" topper, sold as a 3" -- which to me is a major problem given the HIGH price.

This did not work out and unfortunately TempurPedic does not accept returns. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Never again will I purchase a tempurpedic product

The product arrived with a strong noxious odor which I was told would go away after a few days. Several weeks later it was still there. I "aired it out" for a couple of more weeks but the product was still not usable. I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do and this was not something they were familiar with. Interesting, because a lot people complain about this online; unfortunately I noticed that too late. A TOTAL PIECE OF USELESS JUNK! That rating should be ZERO stars but it would not accept review unless I clicked at least one.
