I purchased the topper to use it on my pillow top mattress, and it made a huge difference! My shoulder and back are already starting to get better! I'm no longer a skeptic of tempur-pedic. Thankful for tempuerdic, would love to get a mattress but just can't afford one, I'm a veteran with back problems and this topper is a heaven sent.

Over the next few nights we realized that wasn't the case. While it still adds comfort to our new mattress, it didn't alleviate the morning discomfort as we had hoped.
