Horrible service. Could not find order after billing my cc. Said could not cancel because it was processed. Then wanted me to buy another one so they can credit the first one. Place a complaint with CC and a credit we provided. Took a month to work this out. Will not purchase another product after I have been sleeping on a tempurpedic mattress for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical to spend so much money for a mattress topper, but due to Tempurpedic's stellar reputation, I decided it was worth the risk. The first night using the topper I was amazed at how comfortable it was! It felt like I had purchased a whole new mattress! I slept more soundly than I had in years! In fact, when I woke up 7 hours later I was in exactly the same spot as when I had laid down! I didn't move all night long! That was unheard of for me, I was used to tossing and turning and waking up every couple of hours due to hip and shoulder pain. No more! My only regret is not discovering this years ago!

Purchased to go on hybrid Tempur-pedic. It added just the right amount of cusion and motion canceling that the hybrid was lacking. Love the cooling as well

We both felt the huge difference after the first night sleeping on your soft and malleable topper! Our bed is firm which brought on sore shoulders and hips when sleeping on our sides. Not anymore! We are so pleased with the results we have had. Even our pickleball game has improved with better sleep and more fluid motion after a restful night of sleep!

We bought the king sized mattress topper after a year of sleeping on an uncomfortable traditional mattress.
