Once we received the Tempur-pedic topper our pains became ancient history after sleeping on it for a few nights. We only wish we had purchased it sooner.

Good but not perfect

I added the optional Cool Topper and it seems to help. The pad provides a lot of cushion. I gave it 4 stars because the memory foam isn't as resilient as I had hoped for the price paid. After only 3 months there's a low spot in the topper. Also I wish the pad was about 1 - 1.5 inches wider (not thicker) so it completely covers the Queen size mattress when it's in use.

Unfortunately, even though it was between the mattress and another mattress cover -- the stated policy is that it is not returnable. This is disappointing as it was a significant investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was too firm for my wife, she was unable to sleep on it. Called to return it and was told there is a no return policy. I did not see that when buying it, it should have been made more clear because of the price. I exchanged 2 emails with your team, I was left with the feeling they were happy to be able to tell me I was stuck with it so they could close the case. Offered no advice on something we could try to make it more comfortable. So I am left with a 300.00 item sitting in the basement. Will not buy anything else from your company, there are too many other options.
