I guess I was expecting the same experience as the Tempurpedic bed I previously had. The topper is soft and comfy. It just doesn't have the same level of support as the bed.

Has no scent to it which is really nice! I love the feeling it's not too soft not too hard either. Definitely was exactly what we wanted and me and my boyfriend have been sleeping much better! Definitely recommend. It's hard for me to try new products but after a few months of using this i can say it's truly a good product and price! I do wish they had a Return policy because it's scary trying something not knowing if you'll like it and not be able to return it. But i got lucky and loved it so there's that.

Bought the full size. UPS took forever and option to speed up delivery would be nice. It is firmer then I expected and hoped for. Just a tad more sink would have been nice. Still has diminishing smell after 4 days but sat in a hot where house/box at UPS for two weeks so maybe that added to the scent. Very good quality of materials. Would be nice to have different density options to increase/decrease firmness. Other then that a good buy and glad I did it.

I have been sleeping on a traditional mattress for years. It's a high quality mattress but I have degenerated disks in my lower back. I would wake up in such pain every morning and was barely able to get out of bed. This mattress topper has truly changed my life. I now wake up with minimal to no back pain at all and I sleep like a baby!! Love it! It does have a bit of an odor when you first unbox it. That disappeared within a week with just putting it on the bed.
