I have the queen sized mattress topper and have been sleeping on it for a week so far. I sleep well but have been waking up with minor lower back pain - I am not sure if it is from the topper yet or not. I sleep on my side and the topper molds to my body and that position feels pretty good. When I am on my back I feel that I might not be getting enough lumbar support which may be causing the back pain. Again - not sure - I will keep using it and see if anything changes.
