Found the original comfort topper to have more support and truly more comfortable. Cooling topper is decent but feels softer and questionable how much cooler. But overall still improved comfort over original mattress without replacing entire mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this mattress topper for my son's dorm room, and it has really made a difference in his comfort. Stays cool, provides good support - he says his bed is more comfortable than the memory foam (different brand) mattress on his bed at home. With the pandemic he spends a LOT more time on his bed than he would otherwise, with all of his classes online and school safety requirements basically keeping him confined to his room, and he's a big 6' tall guy for a twin bed. It's held up great so far. Definitely recommend.

However I find it too soft, and it is a pity there is no option for the firmness. On the other side, it is not possible to return this item at all. If you look for this product, you should like very soft bed.
