[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has back problems, we love our Tempur-Pedic bed and thought this would be a good addition, but it is too soft and causes her pain to be worse. We also did not read the fine print and it cannot be returned even though we contacted within 3 days of receiving it and only tried it for 2 days.

First, you have to wait a couple of weeks to rid the awful chemical smell of the mattress topper. Second, it's not cooling. Let's not kid ourselves. Third, they falsely advertise all over the website that they have a 90-Day Risk Free Trial return policy. Hidden does it state under "Care" of the product that it doesn't include toppers!!! Fourth, if you enjoy sinking into the middle of you bed or like the feeling of sleeping on a hundred disjointed bubbles, you may consider this topper.
