I have a Tempur-Pedic queen mattress and bought this topper to extend the life as it started to sag. Unfortunately the topper is way too soft even though box said it is "Medium ". And while the topper has the cooling cover, didn't seem to make that big of a difference as advertised. Even worse, as I was rudely explained to via email, can't return or exchange due to return policy. If you can return/exchange the mattress after you've slept on it for 90 nights, how is the topper any different after 3 nights? Nonetheless I probably won't look at this product line once the pandemic is more under control and I feel comfortable going to a store for mattress shopping ( despite owning one for over 12 years).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this topper to replace another one because my hip was hurting after sleeping on the old one. I expected this TEMPUR-Adapt + Cooling Topper to take care of that issue. It was so slippery, the sheets would slip around, while you were sleeping, which was very annoying. Most mornings one side or the other would come off and we would be sleeping directly on the topper. Our sheets are extra deep, so this should not have been a problem. I kept it on the bed for a week and was more than ready to put the old one back on. It was a total waste of money.

A few years ago my husband talked me into buying us a firmer mattress and I have hated it since day one! I ordered this topper and I have been in heaven every since. It's amazing and would recommend it to anyone!! The only issue I have is that it's suppose to be a cooling topper and I don't believe that we received a cooling topper but over all its great!!

This is a new topper and the upgrade makes a wonderful difference. The pad is a genuine 3" and much lighter than my previous one. And the cooling cover really works. It inflated almost right away and I slept comfortably on it the first night and all nights thereafter. I've only had it less than one week, but hopefully it will continue to work well for me. A friend is enjoying my previous topper which still worked well enough have another life.

My wife and I love our Tempur-Adapt plus Cooling Topper because it contours to our body and feels luxuriously soft; like laying down on a cloud. For me, It relieves the pressure on my hip when laying on either side and my wife enjoys its comfiness too. We also have the Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows we love them as well. This pillow is exactly what I wanted as It has replaced the two pillows I was using to get the neck support I wanted. We highly recommend both, the topper and the pillows for their quality and purpose.
