I could not be any more disappointed in dropping almost $400 for a product that for me is entirely inferior. Waste of money spending the extra on the cooling - that's number one. And number two - it's not all that or a bag of chips relative to comfort. I always thought Tempur-pedic was a top brand and thus would be well worth the investment. And it's not. It's an incredible let down - I'm surprised they even asked me to write this review. When I tell you this thing sleeps hot - I mean like sauna Haites hot. Just terrible.

I need lumbar support and this product definitely doesn't do it for me. It's fine if I use it on the ground, but on top of my firm mattress, it makes my body collapse and I've been waking up with neck and lower back pain. And, important detail: you can not return this product. So beware.

For me this mattress topper was perfect! I like to sink into my bed and feel how soft my mattress is while I sleep, so if that doesn't sound good to you it's not for you! Also I have my room extremely cold already and this mattress gets pretty warm in the spot you sleep in. So it "may" be slightly cooler than the others, but still warm nonetheless.

The topper needs straps so it won't slide! At 3 weeks it started to dip. No, it is not my mattress, because i bought a new mattress and the topper at the same time. Also, it is way too soft. It needs to be firmer. I removed the topper and the mattress feels way better. I'm sorry but it is not worth it.

Although our CA King mattress is not old, less than 4 years old, we just didn't sleep well on it anymore. We debated getting a new mattress but then did research on mattress toppers. We came across Tempur-Adapt + Cooling Topper and what a huge difference this has made! It is so comfortable! No more aching hips and legs, sleeping like babies. Comfortably cool. It's really true. We absolutely recommend this mattress topper. It arrived in no time, neatly packed, we pulled the cooling cover over the topper and done. The only downside is that the sheets barely fit the mattress and the topper anymore, but that's okay since we make the bed every day anyway and fix loose ends. What matters is good quality sleep! Buy one!
