It's very comfortable and, certainly, makes a difference when I sleep, however, even though I spent a lot more money for the "cooling topper," it still runs very hot. Additionally, the mattress pad slides off my bed every night. It's a constant and daily battle to take my sheets off move it back into place and make my bed again. It's okay. There's nothing wrong with it, but for the price, I expect so much more.

The topper is too soft. The name "Cooling Topper" is misleading. My experience is that it's a "Heating Topper".

Wasn't getting a good nights sleep for several months on my standard mattress. Decided to try the Tempur-Pedic mattress topper and it made all the difference in the world. I am sleeping comfortably through the night now. I even noticed the difference on my Garmin which tracks my sleep cycles. More deep sleep and REM cycles throughout the night.

My doctor wrote me a prescription for the Tempur-pedic. He felt it was the only thing that could help me all my aches and pains when I am in bed. My parents ordered me one for Christmas. It's the best gift I ever got. Although sleep still alludes me at least I am not in debilitating pain when chasing it.
