Great cool and comfy but susceptible to shrinkage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product to put on top of my king matters. It fit perfectly at first with the cooling cover. After one wash the cover shrank. I called Tempurpedic and they said that the cooling gel cover is not covered under warranty, and is not sold separately. The mattress pad is fine, but the cover doesn't fit any more so we're now using it without the cooling cover and it gets hot. I would recommend getting the mattress pad only and not the cover since it's not covered under warranty.

I've looked at a lot of mattress toppers, but after my daughter bought a tempurpedic mattress, I knew that's the topper I would go with. More pleasant sleeping experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to hip and back pain, we decided to try to Tempur Cooling topper. The 3 inch thick topper definitely provides a softer cushion while we sleep. It is softer than we expected, but we seem to be adjusting well. Since it is summer, the cooling cover may provide some cooling initially, but after sleeping several hours, it begins to retain body heat and feel warm. Since it raises the mattress a few inches, longer bottom sheets are needed to keep the mattress covered.
