[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Residual physical issues from a car accident, breast cancer, arthritis and several other issues makes it difficult to get comfortable to sleep. Prior to my tempurpedic topper I had purchased and tried 6 toppers. Just like Goldilocks I found they broke down, were too hot, too soft, etc. In November 2019 I decided to go big or go home and purchased my Tempur-adapt + cooling topper. It id's just right! My mattres feels like new, the temperature is perfect and I'm sleeping better than I have in years! My back doesn't hit in the morning, it has not broken down at all and I spend a good bit of time in need every day. This was my best purchase in a long time!

I have had chronic back pains for years now and no form of treatment seems to give long term relief. Though I ordered the Tempur Adapt + Cooling topper more from a need to sleep cooler, it remarkably makes me a) wake up without any back/neck pain whatsoever, b) makes me sleep longer hours (was struggling to sleep more than 5), c) zeroed out fascial tightness and cramps (I don't know if its because of the cooling effect like a cold compress). This in summary has been a product I had apparently needed for many years! Definite recommend to anyone who needs to sleep more comfortably and with better pressure relief without needing to change the entire mattress.
