Comfortable but not very cooling

The topper has had to be readjusted once for slipping, but other than that the comfort and placement are both great. We did order the cooling topper, but I still wake up hot during the night, so I don't know how much of a difference that is actually making.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were trying to get by on our current foam mattress by buying the topper. I'm a hot sleeper so I wanted the cooling topper. Little did I know that the foam used in the cooling topper is actually softer than the no cooling topper. When we put on the bed we immediately sank through the topper and could feel the firm mattress underneath.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cool and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my decision to buy the TEMPUR-Adapt + Cooling Topper. I sleep very hot, often waking up in a puddle of sweat, especially in the summer. Foam mattresses & pads tend to exacerbate this issue by trapping the heat under me, but this has not been the case with this topper. I've slept cool and comfortably every night. My only issue (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is because the topper cover is very slick, causing my fitted sheet to slip and bunch under me through the night. it's not terribly bothersome but I think I'll need to buy another in-between mattress pad to create some traction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it feels soft and just cuddles you up the cool feel is good but fades as your body temp brings the temp of the gel up to body temp. My only con is that the topper shifts and rolls over the edge and because it's so heavy it's physically hard to pull tug yank it into proper position
