we have been tempurpedic fans for over 20 years and just pulled the trigger on yet another topper. our new box and mattress has never been slept on thanks to tempurpedic it puts our sleeping experiance over the top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I thought it needed time to expand since it's sent airtight in a package. It does, after laying out for one night it puffed up. Now after sleeping on it, it just sinks all the way down to your orig al mattress. I even paid for the cooling too and I was hot! I'm always the one freezing too! Nope. I kept waking up in the middle of the night tossing and turning, sweaty and just uncomfortable. I had previously owned a king size temper-pedicure and loved it for a good 10 years before I needed to replace it. It had a cooling top on it as well. It made both us of hit. I figured this new cooling technology would be different and it's not at all! If you want the true feeling of a tempur-pedic, you got to just get the mattress. This topper is a waste of time and delivers disappointment especially for those battling chronic back pain. I have chronic lower back/pelvoc nerve and muscular pain. This felt good for a week, then after that it was just garbage. You can even see where we both have been sleeping on it! I weigh 108lbs and am 5'3. Purchased on September 27th. You want the real feel, buy their actual mattress, Tempur-Pedicure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to go over the firm Tempur-pedic mattress that I bought. Unfortunately the mattress ended up being too firm for me and I was passed the return date. So adding this topper on has really helped! Much better for my 70-year-old bones.

I've been using this topper for 4 months now. I like the feel of it, but it's too soft. It's evident with my neck stiffness. I'm using a purple pillow, and I got the topper because my mattress was too stiff, but now I'm realizing perhaps my purple pillow is too stiff for this soft topper,

We put this topper over our Saatva mattresses and voila a solid king size bed. Now our grandson can sleep between us also! We are still able to raise and lower the bed but use both remotes to stay at the same level. My sleep has improved, stay cooler and find it very hard to get out of the bed because of the luxurious comfort! Do wish the topper did not need to be adjusted every morning, slides too easily. The four straps are not enough. Had an old tempurpedic topper that completely tucked tightly all around the mattresses...wished this one did.

I saw the Tempur-Pedic toppers online and they were on sale, so I ordered one. 2 people have slept on it and said it was comfortable, and a big improvement over the old topper.

I received 2 xl twin mattress toppers. When I opened them, they had different packaging. One was in a vacuum sealed plastic I had to cut open. The other was in shrink wrap in a bag, just rolled out- no cutting or anything. They won't allow an exchange/refund as I feel it is a returned item. They will not call, just multiple back and forth emails- such a waste of time. It is a cooling cover, not a cooling mattress topper.
