[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cushion of the mattress topper is great and was easy to install. However, even with the upgraded cooling topper/cover it is very warm. If you are a warm sleeper to start with, I would not recommend this product. In addition, I also reached out to customer service about this concern and they were not helpful. I would have expected more from a company that sells premium products. My next mattress will definitely be purchased elsewhere.

So I bought this topper, privately praying that it would somewhat compare, if only a little bit to what our grand temperpedic mattress.
