Problem was it was too firm, this topper changed her sleep experience the very first night. She wakes with a much looser body than before and loves the cooling feature.

The only complaint I have is seems like it is not large enough... I have a queen size bed and it lacks about 2 inches all around.

I absolutely love the way it feels and the back pains I was experiencing before getting this have completely gone away. My only complaint is that the topper is just a little bit too small. It's not quite the size of my king mattress, and I often wind up with a gap at the top of my bed a few inches wide, even with all 4 straps holding the topper in place. It's not a deal breaker, but slightly annoying to have to readjust it every few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the king size topper with cooling. It's extremely heavy and was difficult for one person to handle. Once on the bed, it never stayed in place and would shift constantly, in spite of having a cooling mattress pad over it. It also was no cooler than my Tempur-Pedic mattress. It was also very mushy and soft and I prefer a more firm mattress. I took it off and I'm donating it. It's fine if someone prefers a soft mattress but I don't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
