Not Supportive on a King Whatsoever

We have been Tempur-Pedic owners for years but no longer. I am so disappointed in their advertising for this mattress topper. It says; A TEMPUR®-Topper is easy to set up on any bed and will instantly upgrade its comfort and support. It also says the TEMPUR-Adapt® Topper Made with an extra inch of TEMPUR-Material™ the TEMPUR-Adapt® Topper provides revolutionizing support. If you are looking for the iconic Tempur-Pedic support this is NOT it. Their website is very deceiving in my opinion. I have degenerative disk disease and fibromyalgia. Support is a necessity. I tried Tempur-Pedic's customer service department but they basically said I should have "read the fine print" at the very bottom of the page versus believing their promises at the top. This was just a short term fix for us. We would have been replacing our older Tempur-Pedic with a newer one in the next several years. After my experience with their Customer Service Department I will not now nor ever buy another. I would say to all; BUYER BEWARE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a topper we bought last year from a competitor with this one from Tempur-Pedic and we will never go back. I am a side sleeper and would wake up multiple times during the night with sore shoulders. Since we started using this topper two months ago, I have not experienced a recurrence. A little on the pricey side, but so far no complaints.

Too Soft and To Narrow

We ordered a Cal King Adapt topper with cooling cover. It is too soft, you sink into it, but your legs are not heavy enough so they float on top. Even worse is that it is too small for the bed, it is about four (4) inches too narrow. So when you sleep on it, two (2) inches on each side of the bed can not be used. This is inexcusable. Bad manufacturing. I would return it, but they do not accept returns. Very dissatisfied.
