[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were very dissatisfied with the product and the return policy (there isn't one). The product is expensive, and it felt and looked like a low quality college mattress topper. The no slip straps were flimsy and did not prevent slipping. We did not think it was Tempur-Pedic quality or accurately represented and contacted about this, only to be told that it could not be returned under any circumstances. We just threw it away. Very disappointing and expensive mistake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a King Tempurpedic mattresses but over the years I developed Spinal Stenosis and had to have surgery. We decided to get the 3" topper for added support and more cooling and "what a difference it made. difference it made. We could not be more happier with our added topper. Highly recommend this product to anyone needing added support, comfort and cooling while enjoying a good nights sleep.

This product was not worth the cost at all! We previously had a less expensive mattress topper for our bed which was great! We wanted to spend the extra money and go for what we thought would be an upgrade, but we were wrong. We purchased the cooling topper as well which did absolutely nothing. The foam was cheaply made and you could tell right away. The first night we both tossed and turned the entire night and woke up with horrible back pain. The second night, we didnt even sleep because we were in so much pain. We are both side and stomach sleeps and this mattress topper caused more harm then good. When we called to complain, customer support told us it was nonrefundable! We spent several hundreds of dollars on this topper and I would expect a quality product that the company would back, but again we were wrong!

Well, I don't weigh more than 115lb and the mattress didn't help at all. Better to buy other brand's. I'm doing an internship out of the US and the mattress is terrible I was hopping this topper will solve the problem but didn't.
