The worst mistake ever

This mattress topper with the cooling "technology" needs to go back into beta testing immediately. The topper slides all over the bed; the straps are a joke. Making the bed is a nightmare and the sheets are a crumpled, uncomfortable mess all the time. No matter what I do to fix it, it doesn't work. I've only had it for a few months. I bought this directly from tempurpedic, but they refuse to exchange it. I'll never purchase anything from any company that doesn't guarantee satisfaction. This is a rip off people. You've been informed.

I was very excited to try this mattress topper after seeing all the reviews. However, after the first night, we knew it was not going to work for us. It felt like we were sinking into the mattress, plus it came with a strong paint smell. I had purchased it seeing that there was a 10 year warranty but after reaching out to customer service the very next morning, I was informed that they do not in fact accept any returns of mattesss toppers! Only if there is a "defect"! So disappointed that we are stuck with an expensive mattress topper that we don't like. What a waste!
