Still, it was the best purchase for bed i have ever made. This year i decided to get a topper, as i've got old i was feeling some hip pains. The topper provide just the extra support i needed. One other thing, when they say to dry the cover on the low tumble after a wash, do so. I had in medium and the cover shrunk like 4 inches. You dont want that. Besides that, highly recommended!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in our experience. We purchased a full size adaptive cooling topper for our daughter for a college apartment. Tempur-pedic's full-size topper is nowhere near the universal full size of a typical full size bed. It is about 2 inches short in each direction. Although this is listed in fine print on the website, this would be very hard to discern at face value. Every other topper is a full size to the exact dimensions except this topper. I feel very frustrated with this purchase and it has changed my view of purchasing from Tempur-pedic again. They would not help me with this concern and leaves me with a poor view of customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have let the mattress topper sit in a well vented room, off the ground, for nearly a month in addition to washing the cover and the product smells unbelievably chemically. So much so that we cannot sleep on it, and Tempur-Pedic won't issue an exchange or refund. Incredibly disappointed and feel like this company scammed me just to make a quick buck. Do not buy this mattress topper, this company does not care about it's customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper was an excellent addition to my older model Tempur-Pedic (King). It fits perfectly, stays in place with the corner straps, and has added to the comfortability of the mattress. However, the consistency of the topper was softer than I expected but soon adjusted after appreciating the cradling of the material. I'm a back & side sleeper; and this topper molds to all the right body parts in either position. If you need firm, this may not be the one for you. In this past month of usage, I have to admit that my sleep has been consistently sound and I awake refreshed. I'm pleased with this Tempur-Pedic product / purchase.

This mattress topped does not cool whatsoever. My wife and I had to strip this off of our mattress after just 3-4 hours in bed with it considering we were sweating like crazy. Not to mention that we both woke up with very sore backs. I guess I can take solace that I didn't pay near the retail price for this.
