[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the most expensive topper I have ever bought, i reported that it was not "blooming" to the height it was advertised. Talked to customer service, agreed to wait a few days. Then my lower back started hurting so called back, they asked for a pic. I finally did it, I am old & tech challenged. They sent email said to resend it was fuzzy. It was 100% clear on my phone. Never heard from anyone again, yet they said "They wanted me to be happy with my purchase", well I am not & thank God I didn't buy the mattress!!!!!

Slides and isn't secure on the bed.

Had it for six months and it constantly slides all over my bed. Had I know it would happen like this I wouldn't have bought it. I not get severe migraines due to the uneven height and it slides even after I adjust it. Wish I could just return the whole thing

I ordered this topper to help with joint pain related to a genetic connective tissue disorder. This topper didn't help even a little. I weigh around 220, and the topper might as well be basic egg crate--I sink immediately straight through to the mattress. This was a very expensive mistake

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temper-adapt plus cooling topper feels like a dream. When going to sleep your body melts into comfort. The only negative I can say is that it has a tendency to slip down from my mattress, requiring repositioning while making the bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe the topper needs to be on a stiff mattress. I put it on top of a memory foam mattress and it definitely slopes towards the middle of the bed. The mattress does not indent towards the middle. I've turned the mattress and still has the slope.

I purchased this topper because my nee mattress is not comfortable at all. When the topper arrived, it had a hole in it. For the money I spent, I wasn't comfortable with keeping it. Sure, it would've been fine for now, but over time the hole would've gotten larger. I contacted customer service and a replacement topper was sent out. I let it air out and expand and then it was finally time....I get to sleep on this new, comfortable mattress topper, right? Wrong! For the last 2 weeks I've had more back problems than I ever have. My joints, specifically my hips, are so sore and achy. I hurt all day long because of this topper that Tempurpedic claims is so soft and so good. All I want to do is throw it away, but paying close to $400 keeps me sleeping on it and waking up everyday in excruciating pain.
