I was hopeful the cooling topper would be the ticket to a good night's sleep. But sadly whatever side is down and against the topper/mattress was still uncomfortably hot. Not sure if it is a defect with the topper or just not breathable enough. Unfortunately there are no returns for comfort, so I'm stuck with a $400 lump taking up space on my bedroom floor.

I already have a regular Topper for one of my beds. It gets hot when slept upon. I bought a Cooling Topper in hopes that it would not pick up the heat I generate at night. I can't tell the difference between either of the toppers. I am very disappointed in the warmth factor. However, to say something good about the toppers... they are comfy!

Does not offer the support of the tempurpedic mattress. The cooling cover does work well, worth the extra money. However, the topper is so soft it just does not offer the same comfort as the full mattress. If I had known this, I would have ordered a different topper.

I had high hopes for this extremely expensive mattress topper. I have back problems requiring me to sleep on my side. Because of that I have added pressure points on my hips, shoulders knees etc. I was hoping this would provide enough cushion while still allowing the firmness from my mattress underneath. I woke up almost crippled in pain. It is impossible for me to move around in this topper, you literally sink in and it restrict all movement. It's unfortunate that tempurpedic doesn't allow returns or exchanges even for toppers. But my suggestion would be to try something comparable that's significantly cheeper before blowing $500 on this topper. My husband is healthy, no back or joint problems, average weight and he said he'd rather sleep on the floor rather than sleeping with this topper, he actually woke up with back pain and a knee pain he never had. Save your money, that's my suggestion.

Feel like I've been scammed. Started off trying to purchase the Supreme topper and saw the "upgrade" for the topper cooler so I thought go with it. Worst mistake ever, just received yesterday and used it and both my wife and I woke up in pain. We sink straight to the bed. No refunds or exchanges. How is this different than returning a mattress after 90 days? You sleep on both. Wished I had read the correct reviews but this has no support at all. I can't imagine anyone at Tempur-Pedic would be excited to be on this end of the deal.

I have a full size mattress, so I purchased a full sized topper. It is too short and too narrow.... my feet hang off the bottom and the topper does not cover the entire mattress. A horrible very disappointing purchase.

The mattress is everything they say it is comfort-wise, one might even call it dreamy. However, don't waste your money on the cooling pad, it didn't help to mitigate the heat. the mattress is comfortable enough that I'm trying out cooling mattress toppers from other manufacturers,
