[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress topper was way too soft. Felt like I was sinking in the topper. It was very difficult getting out of it. I was hoping that this would solve my issue with putting a topper on my old mattress. It did not. Very disappointed in my purchase and wasting that much money on it. It is a shame that I cannot return and get my money back. It is in perfect condition.

Extremely soft and caused terrible back pain. Quality is poor - one layer of foam with a cover. Product is not returnable, and customer service is very poor.

Cool to the touch but ultimately holds the heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the comfort of this topper, however only used three nights because it holds the heat. Bought the cooling option but does not cool while sleeping. I got very hot. On a side note, I found it very difficult to roll over because you are nestled in ever so, but this is because of my joint replacements, not the topper. My one star is because i specifically read the return policy thinking I had 90 days to return... not so. Only mattresses can be returned, not toppers. I found this to be very misleading. So, if heat is not a problem and you can roll over easily, this topper could be for you...otherwise skip it.

The new Topper definitely improved my quality of sleep, as I am not waking up with the back, hip, and neck pains that I've been experiencing. However, the Topper is a bit softer than I expected and tends to slide during the night. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the results.
