[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't explain enough how comfortable the TEMPUR-Adapt Cooling Topper is! I have a Tempurpedic cooling mattress, so it was already comfortable, but I have been having back aches sporadically, did some research on the best mattress toppers and am so happy I made the purchase. I still have back aches, but the comfort and coolness of this topper is well worth it. If you're looking for firm, this probably isn't the best fit for you, as it is pretty soft. But to me, it's like sleeping on a cloud and I can't wait to jump into bed every night for an amazing sleep!

Purchased the cooling topper and liked it for the first couple of weeks. I have had it for 3 months now and we are taking it off our bed. Both my huband and I are waking up with sore lower back pain. It does go away during the day but we are waking up with the discomfort the next day. The product is made well and fits our king size bed well, but bottom line it must not give us any support. Really disappointed because I wanted to love this product.

NOTE - this is NOT returnable. When looking at reviews be sure to sort by lowest ratings to see what you are really getting. This was a waste of hundreds of dollars. It falls off the bed and doesn't fit properly and we have a Tempurpedic mattress!! Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. So far so good. It's so soft that you sink into it. Back pain gone. Only problem is that it slips off the mattress every few weeks and needs to be adjusted. The elastic bands that hold it to the mattress don't work well.

I have had this topper for a few days and it does not keep me cool at night at all. It is also so soft sink into it and can barely turn over without feeling like you are having to swim out of the mattress topper. Unfortunately I am out of that money because you can not return and the only warranty they have is for a manufacture defects so buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was SO EXCITED to buy this topper. I got a great deal on it too so that made me even more happy about my purchase and literally was checking my tracking info every day because I was anticipating the best sleep of my life. Imagine my disappointment after that first night of sleeping on the 3" topper to realize it was giving me back pain. I didn't want to believe it especially considering I paid over 300$ on this topper so I kept sleeping on it for a few more nights only to experience the same pain and awful sleep. Additionally, when I measured the thickness of the topper it was 2.5" in height despite that I had purchased the 3" version and expected as much. Naturally, I contacted Tempur-Pedic for a refund only to be told they don't offer refunds unless the product was damaged. I complained that the topper wasn't the right thickness either and that made no difference either as they said they have an allowance for 2". That is absolutely insane to me. I fully expected Tempur-Pedic to make this right and they didn't so I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Summary: The topper not only caused me a lot of pain and wasn't the correct dimensions as listed. Tempur-Pedic could have done the right thing as a business and chose not to. I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this product at all costs.
