Back is much worse with this expensive topper and they won't accept returns on this item. Ridiculous policy! Stand by your products. I have bought over $14,000 worth of tempurpedic mattresses over the last 5 years and I'm done.

I travel a lot to stay with my parents and have a lot of arthritis issues/pain. I purchased the mattress topper with cooling and it allowed me to get a wonderful nights sleep instantly! It was a night and day difference! I have a tempurpedic mattress at home and love it, but was a little worried about the price for a "topper" only. This was honestly a wonderful solution and worth every penny and I got it while it was on sale so even better deal! I am looking at buying another for my rental, I love it that much!!!

The added layer this provided has been truly life altering for me. It is tremendously cooler than previous toppers I have owned and I can sleep comfortably on either side without disruption.

I just didn't think there was a noticeable cooling effect. While you're not on it, it feels a little cooler to the touch, but that's it. Not a through out the night cooler sleep which is what I was hoping for.

It is not supportive at all and makes turning in bed and even getting out of bed more difficult. I also bought the "cooling" topper which turns out to be much warmer that I ever expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this mattress topper but it's just not very good. The claim about cooling is false. It actually feels like I'm laying on an electric blanket. Your body heat gets trapped where it makes contact with the topper. Which will cause you to move around more trying to find a cool spot. This causes the topper to slip off your mattress so you start sliding off the bed. I have pain that I didn't have before so won't be using this product anymore unfortunately. Very disappointing since it was so expensive and being a tempur-pedic you would think it would be of the highest quality.
