The product is horrible, what ever you do read the fine print. No return policy on mattress toppers. Customer service isn't any better. We have bought products in the past from Tempurpedic and never again. This product is uncomfortable and cooling technology does not work.

We were so excited to get this pillow top for our bed. It doesnt stay on bed properly, one side dips down. My husband and I backs kill us everyday. I regret purchasing these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tempu-Pedic mattress topper is definitely a quality product! I don't sink into it as much as I would like, but it isn't too firm either. It supports very well. I don't hurt nearly as bad as I used to when I get up in the mornings. And I think I am more well-rested. The only thing I don't think is worth it is paying extra for the cooling. I've had foam toppers before and this is just as hot as they are. I don't feel like the cooling portion works, but it certainly doesn't hurt. I am very glad we decided to go for a good, quality topper as opposed to the cheaper things I usually look for since I am so frugal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I have been buying toppers for the last 20 years and this is the best! It is supportive but plush at the same time. We didn't even have to break it in. My husband is a side sleeper and I am a back sleeper. It is supportive for both positions.

I am so glad I did-it keeps me cool but when I lay down-I feel like I'm nestled in a cloud. I bought this set-up to help with a hip issue-while it hasn't cured it-it allows me to forget about it for 8 hours.
