[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product turned an uncomfortable bed into a comfortable one. It made a huge difference. My mother had a hip replacement and had to stay on this bed for a couple of weeks. We couldn't get a new mattress and the one on it is a cheap one that sags in the middle. This topper was an easy fix. The bed still sags, there is nothing we can do about that until we get a new one, but the topper made it so much better and quite comfortable for her. The corner straps worked well, it didn't shift around. It also didn't feel hot so the cooling feature was a good choice. Overall would buy again!

Doesn't actually fit a king size bed.

I think it's really comfy, but I ordered a king size mattress topper and it doesn't completely cover the size of the bed. It's about two inches too short length wise, and four inches too short width wise.. not really sure why since it should cover the whole mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We got a new mattress but it wound up being too firm so we needed something to soften it up a bit. After doing research, I found this topper. I read the mixed reviews and decided to just give it a try. I have been sleeping so much better and my back pain is gone! We added the cooling technology because my husband gets so hot at night and it really does work. Very pleased with our purchase!
