[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend gifted me a topper about 10 years ago, and recently I decided it was certainly time for a new one. While the softness is just as amazing as the first one, the temperature difference is crazy noticeable! My first topper was not cooling, and this one really does help keep me from overheating at night, especially paired with a set of cooling sheets. I love it!

The one I bought is a little too short for my bed despite buying the proper size and doesn't feel as thick as the other one I slept on. I was a bit disappointed, but it's ok. Better than sleeping on just the mattress, but the money would have been better spent just putting toward a new mattress

Not sure about the cooling, have not really felt a significant difference. Took one star off because it seems to be a few inches short for our king mattress and slips down to cause a small gap between our headboard and the mattress. We keep having to reposition it even with the straps securely under the mattress. Overall a good product!

This topper is perfect for my husband and me as we are both side sleepers. After purchasing this mattress topper, we are both sleeping better and waking up with less stiffness and soreness in back and hips. I personally don't notice much difference between the cooling topper and the regular tempur-adapt topper but we live in a very warm climate and get very warm at night. I would purchase the TEMPUR-Adapt topper again.

Comfortable, But Sleeps Hot and Slippery For Sheets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We set up our topper and we immediately liked the way the Tempur-Adapt material cradled our bodies. And, when your partner moves around you do not feel it. As a minor negative, the topper cover is pretty slick, and our high quality cotton contour sheet slipped around on it enough to cause the sheet edges to come loose and wrinkle up the bottom sheet. We paid for the "cooling" option, which is a very thin layer of fabric over the foam, supposedly infused with cooling and heat dispersing technology. It doesn't work-I slept hot for a week and was about to send the topper back, but instead tried a premium all cotton mattress pad/cover over the Tempur-pedic topper. (This is not advised by Tempur-pedic because it diminishes the ability of the Tempur-adapt material to conform to your body). We actually preferred the topper with the quilted cotton mattress cover over it. The conforming nature of the Tempur material was diminished slightly, but we slept cool and comfortably, and the bottom sheet gripped and stayed smooth. Sort of an "off label" use, but we like it and we're keeping our Tempur-Adapt topper.
