[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My concern with the mattress topper is that it would be too firm. It's just right. Not too firm and not too soft. I got a restful night's sleep for the first time in months. Also there was little chemical odor from the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love tempurpedic and have two mattress and several pillows, we got this topper for our daughters bed and she loves it, so we got one to try for ours and it did t work for either my husband or I. We tried it one night inter a waterproof mattress pad, but of course there is a no return policy. And that was for a king. I get it, it's a mattress topper, but man that's a huge waste of money that I'm having a hard time reconciling for something that's clean and is now just sitting in our guest room because I don't know what to do with a brand new mattress topper. I recommend the product, but not the return policy.

After researching and owning a Tempur-pedic mattress which I have been happy with I purchased the topper for my Son's dorm bed. It slides on the mattress and the straps do not hold it in place.

Helps with all my pain in my pressure points. As for the cooling, I was hoping for more. At best it makes it not hot to sleep on. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Caused Severe Back Pain! No Returns Allowed!

I purchased this topper looking to add more support and comfort to my current mattress as it is advertised to do. All this topper did was make my mattress overly soft and cause me extreme lower back pain. I didn't want to believe it was the topper but after removing the topper and sleeping on just the mattress a few nights my lower back pain has subsided. Worst part is they do not allow returns for mattress toppers. All of my emails have been ignored. I recommend you stay far away from their toppers for the simple reason that you can't return it if it doesn't work out. You may like it or you may wake up with debilitating back pain but either way you are stuck with it.
