Not made to properly fit King size bed

Ordered the mattress topper with cooling, opened it up and let it get to full size. Noticed it was about 3 inched small in length and 2 inches small in width. Contacted customer service to see if maybe it was a error or a odd ball that quality control missed. They passed me around to multiple reps and asked for addition photos even when i sent them photos with a measuring tape showing the dimensions. In the end they never corrected the issue or tried to justify the situation. Also when taking the cover off there was nothing to show a COOLING layer for additional $60. The topper was comfortable and in my opinion improved sleep, but not the correct size to fit a standard king bed. We were testing the topper to see if we wanted to commit to the mattress. After seeing how their customer service handed this we will be going another route.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought a new mattress looking for the perfect fit (the one before was too soft) We were looking for a firmer bed and got it! First night with our new mattress was ok but after a couple days we both started complaining about back pain and feeling uncomfortable with our new acquisition. We immediately noticed that something was not right and we need to find something else to fix this problem. I went back and forth checking online the different options to improve our sleeping situation and found about a variety of different toppers. After days of research and reading customers reviews we came down to 3 options and one of them was this AMAZING option. Couple of days later we decided for the tempur-pedic adapt based also from previous experience with the brand. Ready to buy I came across to the cooling option which was a plus for me and went for it. We live in a very humid and hot climate and this has done an excellent job until this day. It is an amazing product and we are very happy and pleased with this purchase despite the fact that this product is expensive compared with other brands. The topper doesn't move when you rotate or change positions thanks to the upgraded straps. The cover is nice and soft but a little complicated to take off for washing and put back on (this I think it can be improved) what we did is to put our mattress cover on top of the topper so this way we delay the process of washing it. The memory foam is also amazing. Either if I move my husband doesn't notice or viceversa. I sleep sideways and my husband sleeps facing up. We both have tempur-pedic pillows which I think also helps a lot. The only complaint I have is that my duvet insert and covers are a little too short now for our new bed (it added 3" to the bed) so I need to buy new bedding but it's worth it. We sleep now like babies even my dogs and cat are happy with our new mattress. The shipping was fast and came in an excellent condition. The instructions said to let it expand for 24 to 48 hours but I can tell you it did expand almost immediately and had a little to none smell at all. We waited for the 48 hours and fit our mattress like a glove. Definitely the best purchase ever. In love with our new bed

Nothing was wrong with the first one, I gave it to my son when he bought a house. These products are life changing. I suffer from a bad back and arthritis, I could not stand up in the morning with my previous mattresses and with tempurpedic I'm able to jump right up. I told my 4 kids that I hope I was never in a position to choose between them and my mattress. I had a shoulder injury, this was my reason for getting the topper and I am able to sleep on my shoulder again. I also highly recommend getting the one with the cooling, it is perfect! The added benefit that tempurpedic has with their topper is the pieces on each corner to secure it under the mattress so it does not move around. This is the third topper I've tried, I got rid of the others , tempurpedic is far superior, you get what you pay for!

It now feels like a cheap piece of memory foam that you can purchase at any store or any online website, and not the superior, firm product that Tempur-Pedic once exemplified. Given that you cannot return a Topper, I will never spend my hard earned money on another Topper again.

The comfort of this topper is unlike any bed I've slept on. You lay down and you could stay in that position for hours. No need to toss and turn. This product is soft and comfortable, but does not stay in place. It slides off my bed I'm baught tape and strapes nothing keeps it from sliding off with sheets on and all. I feel like I am going to fall out of bed. Not worth the expensive price, went to store they had no advice.
