[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I purchased a medium firmness tempurpedic mattress thinking that after about of month of use, it would "break in" a little, but it wasnt the case. It was still a little more firm than I like, so I purchased the tempur-adapt+coolin topper. What a difference! I'm a very hot sleeper and the cooling makes a HUGE difference. If you like a soft mattress and like to sink in to your bed a little, this is the way to go. My kids liked the topper so much that they are putting it on their birthday present list's. The only con is if you have an adjustable base, the topper tends to slide around a little, but it honestly takes about 5 seconds to slide it back.

My husband was waking up in pain every day with our normal mattress and I woke up uncomfortable sometimes but not always. My husband wanted a topper hoping it would help. I honestly didn't think it would be better, but I humored him and we agreed to get Temper-Adapt and Cooling. It really was the best decision. We sleep wonderful EVERY night and we wake up EVERY morning feeling refreshed and pain free! I highly recommend this topper. You will NOT be disappointed!

WORST night sleep ever and no refund for the product

I purchased the TERPUS-Adapt + Cooling Topper. It was of substantial thickness and it felt similar to the full mattresses from this company. However, I was constantly turning during the night due to loss of circulation in arms and legs and there the cooling technology was nonexistent. It was a cool MN night and so I did not expect to be warm, but woke up overheated throughout the night. I immediately took it off the bed, carefully packed it up and requested my refund. I was told that "Tempur-Pedic is a zero-waste company and therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to allow for returns or exchanges on comfort items like toppers, pillows, sheet sets, covers, etc." I wonder where they think I will be putting this horrible topper?? Poor quality product, even worse company.
