DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS TOPPER. I've purchased three Tempur-Pedic mattress toppers between October 2020 and December 2023 for our homes. Between the end of 2023 and March 2024, the product has entirely changed. The old topper was the Visco Elastic Polyurethane Foam - what you're familiar with as the Tempur-Pedic product. The new topper is Polyurethan foam only - different material completly! No where on the website is this change highlighted. Why would they. So now I have a mattress topper that is not at all what I want. Very soft. Not the standard high quality foam. I'm unable to return it despite knowing the minute I took the plastic off of it that it was SO DIFFERENT. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years, and the response from customer service was the most unsympathetic, and unhelpful I've ever received from any brand. I truly hope loyal customers like me read this review before purchasing. I wish I had done that and found out that the product is entirely different. I just didn't think to read reviews since I've purchased their toppers three times recently and they were all high quality and exactly the same.

Added comfort for back and hips. However I sleep very warm on it. The cooling that I paid extra for was a total waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought a new name brand mattress a few months ago.we were very disappointed when it made our backs sore and did not ever soften up at all.we purchased the tempur-pedic topper and have not had an ache since.it gave new life to the mattress that had given us so much pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second cooling mattress topper and, I think, even better than the last one which we have put on another bed in our house. It's sturdy but has just the right amount of give and, of course, the cooling technology is nice. Also, the straps are a great addition. Love that these toppers now come with something that actually holds it to the mattress beneath.

I decided to get a topper and it's been the best purchase I've made in a while. I wake up feeling rested and don't want to get out of the bed because it hugs you in all the right places. I feel like temperature wise I'm comfortable and not sweating at night. Definitely recommend this!
