This is the worst product I have ever purchased

I really thought I would be getting a luxury product when I purchased it but nope. This is awful. It is not the slightest bit cooling, I am feeling all kinds of pressure on my shoulders and hips when I sleep, and I wake up every morning in absolute pain. I thought I would just adapt to this topper and get used to it, but it's been three weeks and I cannot live like this any longer. This product is also not returnable - which they truly do not make clear! And customer service is absolutely terrible. If you stand by your product you should allow returns. I will never, ever purchase another tempurpedic product again, I'm so disgusted by this whole experience. Buyer beware!!!!!
