[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband got hives from an allergic reaction. I reached out to request a refund but was declined and was told their materials are hypoallergenic. Obviously this is not the case. Also, the topper was too soft. Not happy with this purchase. Researched and found many other buyers with same issues and saw many lawsuits.

He loves it, but I find my half to be too firm for me. We are constantly contemplating buying a new mattress, but in the interim, I bought this twin topper for myself. I AM IN LOVE! It's absolutely perfect. My sleep has drastically improved and I sleep so well. The downside is our bed looks lopsided because of the topper but I don't care. We still may get another mattress but for now, I am beyond happy.

Not even the same constancy as the older one. They have completely changed this product. And not happy at all. Can't even return it!
