[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old mattress is a firm one, and as it's gotten older, it started to bother my muscles and joints a bit more. I decided on the topper so I didn't have to shell out for a whole new bed, and it's been working wonders! The cooling is a nice addition to have because I'm my own furnace, and I've been sleeping much more comfortably since I got it. The only complaint I have is that it slides around a bit much, but that's with all toppers, so kinda a moot point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product not what its advertised. Way TOO soft. Edges curled up, even with a tight sheet, it wouldn't stay in place. I put it on top of a good (2-year-old) Serta mattress. We wanted a firmer top. Tried a 2nd night and had to take it off. We could not sleep on a squishy marshmallow. I even paid extra for a cooling cover. That's a gimmick too! (We had a Tempur-Pedic mattress, it was defective, and we got a partial credit at Raymore & Flanegan. We got the Serta because we didn't want to spend 4k on another Tempur-Pedic.) Tempur-Pedic would not refund or me give me credit for this topper. Biggest waste of money ever.

I thought my bed previously was very comfortable but now with this cooling pad I cannot believe the comfort I have let alone sleeping well. I wish I could eliminate a star by ½ instead of 1 - I don't get the sense that it's cooling like I believed it would. But the comfort alone is outstanding.

I still have hip pain from the pressure and still have to use a pillow under my ribs as it doesn't conform to my body. maybe its too thin but I thought i bought the same exact as i have experience before. IDK I will use it but i'm under-impressed with the topper.
