[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Topper is not exactly what I expected. It's not at all medium firm. I would say more like Medium at best. I am a heavier person, so it doesn't really support me like I would expect from a Tempur-Pedic product. I have one of the first Beds they ever made (The Grand) and its started to fully loose its support. I can't afford a new bed so I figured I'd try this out to see if I can get a few more years out of the old bed with a newer top. I'm starting to think it may not last but I will have to make it work. I did get the Topper on a promotion deal so at least the cost wasn't as bad. If your a heavier person and like firmer support, this i would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can finally sleep in my own bed again. I've been a side sleeper most of my life, but the last few years it's given me shoulder pain. I tried switching to my back, but didn't feel supported. The tempur-pedic topper gives me enough support to sleep on my back, yet enough cushion to sleep on my side. Great product without having to buy a whole new mattress.

Got this product to help alleviate some back pain. Ended up making it worse along with poor 4-5 hours of sleep. Terrible purchase.
