[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new mattress was a little firmer than we hoped so we decided to add the "cooling" topper to our bed. The topper worked just how we hoped as far as making it softer but we have noticed our bed sleeping warmer than before. We were disappointed in this as we paid extra for the cooling feature. We are glad for the softer surface though for our bed now.

Both woke up in less pain than ever before. It's firm but comfortable. We are incredibly happy we just spent the money and got a quality mattress. Also, easy delivery and set-up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great quality. My joints, muscles and bones hurt way less. The straps that hold it onto the mattress could be better positioned and tighter. Your sheets will need to be tucked back in often. Way cheaper than a new mattress.

Waste of money. The topper itself is too soft but this is subjective, much more disappointing, there is no cooling effect at all (for which it was purchased). Complete fail which apparently cannot be returned :(

This product is terrible and offers no support as all the other honest reviews mention. Not sure how anyone can sleep on this as my 30lb goldendoodle had trouble getting out of it because he sunk in so deep. Horrible customer service and a horrible product. There is a reason they do not allow returns because everyone would send it back...

Pro tip, only get in bed when you are going to immediately go to sleep to maximize use of the cooling Gel technology - otherwise your body temp will warm the pad before you fall asleep if you're laying there watching TV, doom scrolling TikTok/instagram, or reading.
