[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was not at all what I expected. Way too soft. Didn't read that you could not return it (don't understand why. It gets treated the same as a mattress). Then after a week or two of it getting broken in, I noticed I was sleeping better. Fast forward a few more weeks, it's got dents an slides down the mattress. I'm sure there are may more quality toppers for much cheaper. Bottom line, if you're expecting the firmness of a Tempurpedic mattress, you will not get that with this product. Look elsewhere.

I understand that spending a significant amount of money on a product and not liking it can be frustrating, leaving you without any recourse. However, I must mention that the cooling feature advertised is not effective at all. I specifically chose this product for its cooling technology, assuming it would provide a cooling sensation, but unfortunately, it only results in night-long sweating. I find myself having to sleep with two t-shirts, changing in the middle of the night as I am drenched in sweat. It seems that the technology is simply not functioning. In contrast, I have tried other toppers that are far superior in terms of cooling. This particular one appears to be the hottest option available in the market. In terms of comfort, it initially feels relatively good, but once you settle into position, you find yourself unable to move freely, leading to excessive sweating. Additionally, it causes discomfort in the hips due to the limited mobility, resulting in sleepless nights. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this product.
