[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great mattress topper and comfortable; however, I didn't like the fact that the mattress topper itself had black stains on it (stain on mattress - not the mattress cover). When I asked about the stains, the customer service representative sent me a note saying that is normal that they are stained due to the molding process. HIs exact remarks: "there are often black marks on Tempur material because that is part of the molding process. It is a very normal occurrence and is not harmful." I kept the mattress but am not comfortable that it is stained and cannot be cleaned.

It took a couple weeks for our backs to adjust but now we require less sleep because we are getting a better sleep experience. Tried other toppers but they just don't compare.
