[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my tempurpedic topper. This is my second one. My first was a a 4 inch that we purchased for an older mattress we had. Felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. That was years ago. About 3 years ago, we purchased a new mattress. After a year we realized this mattress was too stiff and said, let's get a tempurpedic topper. This time we purchased the 3 inch. It's perfect and sleeping like a baby again. No aches or pains when waking. Thank you Tempurpedic!

Based on another review, I thought I could return the mattress topper if I did not like it. It appears from the site that I cannot. I have a Temper-Pedic mattress that I like very much. The Tempur-Adapt + Cooling Topper is a total waste of money. I slept on it one night and woke up with upper back pain that I have never experienced. It is way too soft and offers no support. DO NOT BUY unless you are ok donating the cost to Tempur Pedic.

Fell apart

I had this product for less than a year. I felt an indentation when I removed the topper. There was a tear right through it that extended completely down to the bottom.. When I took it off. It is now in 2 pieces.. I have tried to notify the company. They have not emailed me back. I am incredibly disappointed after having paid so much money.

Love the topper but didn't receive the pillow and mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the topper but will not purchase from them again. They didn't send the pillow and sleep mask. I contacted them and they wanted pictures of each item we received(3 toppers and 1 pillow). I told them I have rheumatoid arthritis and my husband and son had made up the beds. I would have had to pull off all the bedding off 3 mattresses and remake them. It just didn't make sense to have to do that.

I would have to unmake the bed to take pictures, then remake it. Just doesn't make sense!
