For the price of the product, I expected more. It was supposed to be an upgrade from a cheap egg crate topper that I used for more than 10 years, and I regret this purchase. First, the topper is very dense. It does a job, but the density may not be for everyone. Second, it's really hard to get into its cover. We don't wash the topper cover as often as the sheets, but still an extra struggle. Third, we stored the topper for a short time by loosely folding it over in a spare room. It ended up breaking completely apart in three places from (what I guess) is the composition of the product. The topper was shipped rolled up, so I didn't even think about it. Customer service did send me a link that shows that folding the topper is not recommended, but BE WARNED it is fatal to the product. There is no warning, but only a recommendation. It will be rendered totally useless if you even loosely fold it. Store it flat! Just a very disappointed customer all around. Price does not equal value, and I feel a little silly thinking I was getting something of good value.
