[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had L4-5 fusion surgery 6 months ago, and sleeping on my back or turning to side to find less painful position to sleep was a big challenge. I couldn't get good nights rest and I suffered with pain where I had surgery. B abuse of lack of good nights rest, I was miserable during the day. Then my brother researched and told me to try Tempurpedic topper and I initially ordered a twin size to just put it on my side of king mattress we have, but almost over night, I knew the topper made my pain decreased to almost 85%. Then as days went pain is almost non existent so my husband wanted to use it as well so we bought the king size and going to take the twin size when we travel 2-3 weeks to different places. It's been a blessing and a game changer for my fusion recovery. I highly highly recommend to anyone with back or knee pain. The topper hugs your body(spine) to move with your body. Thank you for designing g this topper. Very grateful

I spend much of the night moving around looking for a cool spot. I have high hopes for this topper. The first 10 minutes you lay on it, it's blissfully cool. Then the heat radiates back at you just like all memory foam. I am Back to shifting around the pad for that fabulous cool spot. By 3 am, I'm doomed to heat all over. The cushion is nice and I feel less pressure on my hips and I do rest better. It's not the "cooling"sleep pad I was hoping for.

I think I need to try out a more flexible top sheet, because I think my current sheets are limiting the amount I'm able to sink into the foam. Overall a splendid topper.
