Mattress shifts, cooling cover has pills all over top within 2 months and very difficult to remove and put back on to wash, I received no directions in the box.

I do not get the comfort that I was looking for in this product. The product also states that it is a cooling topper. Let me tell you; it is NOT cooling at all. I would not waste my money again on this expensive product; as what the description claims it does, it really DOES NOT.

The cooling topper however was a disappointment. It does not keep me cool at night, I don't recommend and I would have sent it back if I could.
