[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper is extremely squishy, a bit too much, but really my problem with it is that even though it has a cooling cover it still sleeps very hot! I also don't understand why mattresses have a 30-day return policy but toppers do not. It was expensive and now I am stuck with it, but cannot use it. Super disappointed.

We spent two hours on this thing and couldn't get to sleep so we got up and removed it. Now it seems that we're stuck with it because it's not refundable. This thing is REALLLLY SQUISHY and not what we expected at all. And on the product page it mentions a "10 year warranty" so it didn't occur to me that this would be the most unrefundable product on the internet. Sincerely disappointed.

I love all Tempur-Pedic products- except this product. It is one of the best mattresses you can sleep on. The mattress will start getting hot after a few years. I don't tolerate heat well. So, my daughter-in-law ordered, and I must say, the first night was very odd. The product is very squishy, so no nice firm mattress. It was very cool in temperature. In no time, it stopped being cool. I am now back to square one. The mattress is hot and the cooling topper is hot. Just like the mattress guarantee, I doubt anything will be done about this either

Only negative part thus far (had for about a month) is the sliding down. The gorilla rug griper does help but still needs adjusted after a couple nights. I purchased while being 40% off and worth every penny!
